True Voices Concert Fundraiser

The Sikhula Sonke team would like to say a very big thank you to the 6 members of the True Voices a capella singing group- Bryony Poulter, Antoinette Blyth, Lesley Jennings, Grant McLachlan, Kevin Smuts and Patrick Cordery, for the concert last Sunday afternoon. It was a very special occasion and will be long remembered by all those who attended. The delicious scones prepared by Janet Glanville, Bronwyn Cross and Jennifer Poulter were also really enjoyed.

Founded in 2000, True Voices has established itself as one of the leading vocal ensembles of its type in the Western Cape. The programme consisted of sacred works by, amongst others, Weelkes, Lassus and Monteverdi, as well as secular arrangements of popular folk songs including songs by Billy Joel and the Beatles.
